Australia-wide Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping via Australia Post on all domestic orders over $100. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Standard shipping can take between 3-5 business days to reach your address. 

You will be sent a tracking number via email when your parcel is on its way.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are correct.

Express Shipping is available for $15.

International

International shipping is available.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, email us at hello@gotobedthelabel.com within 7 days from receipt of purchase. The item must be unused and in original condition. 

We do not provide a refund for change of mind or for on sale/discounted product.

Please note that the return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
